To better fit the future growth and positioning of our brands.
16th of February 2022 GRN Energy is redefining and reshaping blockchain and blockchain technology based on circular economy principles and sustainable energy resources; announced today that it is in the process of finalizing a major rebranding this week.
The rebranding of its label “Bitcoin Energy Group” to “GRN Energy” was a much-needed strategic decision to better fit the future development and positioning of the company.
“The brand Bitcoin may conflict with our future circular economy goals, or at least may create a misunderstanding of our position towards Proof of Work without the proper context. We believe, when executed properly and in the right context, Bitcoin and crypto mining (proof of work) can be the catalyst for change in the drive for sustainable energy. In light of this, we want the market to perceive our goals properly.
